Remodeling home we recently bought in Melbourne Beach. It needed new plumbing in Master bath, moving the toilet, and adding plumbing for double sink vanity. AUGER also replimbed washer and dryer and installed new laundry tub. EVERYTHING was done beautifully! Clean and neat installations and clean up was flawless! Couldn't be more satisfied! We DEFINITELY highly recommend them!

It has been a pleasure meeting the Auger Family (Nicole, Anthony & Danae). My hot water heater of 5.5 years had started to leak; the original installer could not fit me into his schedule, so he recommended Auger's Plumbing. From the initial conversation with Nicole to the completion of the tank installation (Anthony and Danae), I have been very pleased. Their professionalism has been awesome. I have met my new Plumbers. Exceptional workmanship, JC was a delight. He answered all my questions and we could not be more pleased. He was the first installer to place a plastic pan underneath the water heater! Auger’s in now my go to company for all our plumbing needs. Also, a special mention for Nicole who guided me thru two plumbing related problems that we had, with calm knowledge and kindness. I am so grateful for Auger’s Plumbing wonderful service. This was my first time, but it won’t be the last! My sink faucets work better now than when they were brand new! Nicole in the office was a great help to me also. I will always call Auger’s for any plumbing issue in the future!

Best plumbing team I’ve ever had! This is the 4th time I’ve hired Augers Plumbing and they have come to my rescue yet again! I have owned homes for 37 years and have hired my share of plumbers. This team is by far the best. Starting with Nichole, their scheduler who actually listens to your problem and offers advice, all the way to the incredible teams they send to do the job. They all go above and beyond! Have had them replace fixtures, install a new water heater and this visit they identified a huge root ball at the street connection that was clogging my main drain. They took it out and provided pictures I can use when contacting the city to have them fix the connection. Auger's saved the day again!

Great experience with Auger's Plumbing. There are several reasons why they have a 5 star rating. The first reason is the amazing customer service skills. Your first contact will be with Nicole and you instantly feel like your issue will be given 100% attention. The plumbers are not only professionals but they are great people. After having issues with a previous water heater, I was given Auger's contact information. Nicole answering the phones went above and beyond to explain what options would be best through several calls leading up to the install. She was friendly and excellent at providing details and options. Anthony and Danae installed the water heater and re-valved a shower. Everything was done timely, professionally and we were very happy with the work that was done. We will recommend Auger's Plumbing to everyone.

10 out of 10, communication was out of this world. Once the appointment was booked reminders were given not only of when but who was coming. I can't say enough good things, they treated my home with care and prestige workmanship. If you're thinking about going with them you will not be disappointed.
